I may be biased but having lived here for 15 years I still can think of nowhere better to live where you can enjoy the best of all that Florida has to offer! We are 15 minutes to the ocean, 5 minutes to the grocery store, and have a growing downtown with an excellent selection of privately owned restaurants.
Most horse properties are 5-20 acres without HOA restrictions, however, there are a few areas that have smaller lots or do have an HOA. There are stunning estate homes, and super functional working training facilities. Whatever you are looking for – it is here in Palm City Farms.
We even have a phenomenal waterski community, a fly-in community, and several gated equestrian communities. The Farms area is perfectly located between the FL Turnpike and I-95 which make the commute to the Palm Beaches or north a breeze. Golf options seem to be endless and growing for everyone locally, and for the professional golfer we are 20 minutes from Hobe Sound and 35 minutes from Palm Beach Gardens. Boating is a popular pastime here and there are excellent facilities for launching your boat or storage. A fishing buddy will not be hard to find or someone to show you the ropes at the sandbar – this is a friendly welcoming community that I am proud to call home.

A short 10-minute drive brings us to downtown Stuart, FL with an array of restaurants, bars, boutiques, galleries, and a lovely boardwalk with waterfront eateries to allow you to enjoy the fabulous St. Lucie River from land. We are fortunate to have The Lyric Theatre, Florida Oceanographic Coastal Center, Elliott Museum, to name just a few, on our doorstep which, add to the cultural richness of the area.
2026 should signal the arrival of the Brightline station which will add easy commuting to West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Orlando.
