PALM CITY FARMS WELCOMES YOU

I may be biased but having lived here for 15 years I still can think of nowhere better to live where you can enjoy the best of all that Florida has to offer! We are 15 minutes to the ocean, 5 minutes to the grocery store, and have a growing downtown with an excellent selection of privately owned restaurants.

Most horse properties here are 5-20 acres without HOA restrictions, however, there are a few areas that have smaller lots or do have a horse-friendly HOA. There are stunning equestrian estate homes, and super functional working training facilities. Whatever you are looking for – it is here in Palm City Farms.

For the avid competitor, Palm City is an easy 1hr drive to Wellington to horse show, there are also smaller local shows in Jupiter Farms, West Palm Beach and Vero Beach. For the trail rider, there are some awesome natural, peaceful and well maintained trails right here in Palm City and others close by in Stuart, Jupiter and Indiantown.

We have several gated equestrian communities, a phenomenal waterski community, and even a horse friendly fly-in community. The Farms area is perfectly located between the FL Turnpike and I-95 which make the commute to the Palm Beaches or north a breeze.

Assuming you might need a selling point for your significant other, here are a few other highlights of this area……For the golfer, the options seem to be endless and growing. We are 15 minutes from Apogee,  20 minutes from Hobe Sound and 35 minutes from Palm Beach Gardens. For the boater, there is a reason we are in ‘The Sailfish Capital of the world’, not to mention that there are excellent facilities for launching your boat or storage. A fishing buddy will not be hard to find and someone will always be glad to show you the ropes at the sandbar. This is a friendly and welcoming community that I am proud to call home.

CENTRALLY LOCATED
A short 10-minute drive brings us to downtown Stuart, FL with an array of restaurants, bars, boutiques, galleries, and a lovely boardwalk with waterfront eateries to allow you to enjoy the fabulous St. Lucie River from land. We are fortunate to have The Lyric Theatre, Florida Oceanographic Coastal Center, Elliott Museum, to name just a few, on our doorstep which, add to the cultural richness of the area.

2027 should signal the arrival of the Brightline station which will add easy commuting to West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Orlando.
